Janet Daniels, McFoodies Business Development Manager
Janet trained as a Food Technologist in the UK and has over 25 years experience in a broad range of food manufacturing categories. Her career in the food industry includes cereal manufacture, ready meals, snack products, dried foodstuffs and various cook-chill operations, and her broad base of experience within the food industry comprises working in QA, Technical, Operations Management and Product Development. Since 2000 she has been resident in New Zealand, and has worked with McFoodies since 2006. In 2007 she became McFoodies' Business Development Manager, followed in 2008 by becoming an approved Food Safety Auditor. Janet balances her time between food technology work, McFoodies business development and food safety auditing, a combination that keeps her interest in the food industry alive, and keeps the spirit of adaptation and maintaining a clear focus on client outcomes very much alive too.

Cathy McArdle, McFoodies Executive Manager
Cathy trained as a food technologist via a degree at Massey University and a Certificate in Science from polytech. Her career in the food industry has comprised time working in dairy research and in QA, product development and systems design projects for food manufacturing business in both New Zealand and England. Since 2000 she has been managing and working within McFoodies. This has included working on client projects involving food labelling, food safety assessments, and creation of internal systems and paperwork such as specifications
